turning over a new leaf,
facing
my muse in the eye
no longer writing fiction, but writing fact. i'm now
on the right page, no longer a step behind
but a step ahead, on the same page, turning
over every word in our minds, blazing ahead
life is over all good, life is good all over
and now i will write a new piece,
not a tragedy this time
maybe it wont even be a masterpiece
but it'll be our story,
and
it'll be great.
